"The Shell... it's-!"

The Aquarium Witch, Kagomi. They're the Witch of a region of the Sea called the "Aquarium" due to everything in it being so shiny, yet fragile and as beautiful as glass, though; the said region isn't actually contained in glass. Kagomi, is quiet, timid and shy, doesn't talk at all really. They're said to only talk when a imminent danger approaches, making everyone worry the day they starts talking to someone. They're loved by a bunch of people. Graceful, and really soft. Hair is made out of strange sort of Sea water... They say you can mix it with other liquids, but... That'd be too mean to do. Has a husband.
